Povero said Monday there were no plans "at this time" to talk to Stewart again. "At this time, there are no facts that exist that support any criminal behaviour or conduct, or that any probable cause of a criminal act, in this investigation," he said. Stewarts known for being competitive, and Kevin was just as competitive," said Tanner. Doug Elkins is a former race announcer who now writes about the sport. He had known Ward and his father for several years.
