tinnitus 911 stimulus for you know what we call a toughie G is actually exercise yeah and for me I would much rather exercise regularly than go on prolonged fasting and I also see prolonged fasting as having some issues especially in the elderly population so as you age it becomes more important to build tissue so the ecific circumstances with specific pathologies where those recommendations would be different but in general as a routine rule I'm very comfortable with people having one meal a day two meals a day having no more than 24 hours in between food and I think that means that it's still eating I'm not frequent or frequently enough such that they can maintain the healthy tissues right and you are naturally going back into the post absorptive state likely more quickly and you know just eating two meals a day not snacking you get over a hundred and forty-four hours fasted in that fastest |
