Hell we state they spend their time on MUT, but how much does MUT really change year to year at a fundamental level? I dabble in it for a cumulative 10 hours every year and it is always the same in the base. I truly do not know these devs do all year. God damn EA, you had 12 months to put this shit in this match. You're working from home, why do these simple upgrades take 3 weeks to discharge? Oh that's right it is cause you spend most of your resources and time on fucking MUT. It is clear they are feeling the pressure from the community and they've seen all the bad reviews, but they nevertheless do not give a fuck. Just tell us this season is a wash already. They really have less time than that. I believe that it's more like 8 weeks to make Madden. I really wish that EA would do what Activision did CoD and earn a different studio or two so they have more time to spend on the match. Imagine how great of a match which had 3 or more years of development would be.
And that is a good idea but I'm sure its yet to happen because of greed and money. Even with all of the hate EA gets, they create a fuck ton away their matches. They need to expand the development group or just make MUT its own different thing. I also really wish these significant madden YouTubers would stop ripping packs in movies. That just makes people, including myself, want to go rip some packs. It's a very negative trickle down impact. Or just upgrade the current iteration with new roster updates/franchise upgrades for 10 bucks a year or something. Idk. Anything else than what were currently becoming. They could but that also would not fix how broken it is gameplay is. I remember when I played Madden 20 I thought hey that is way better than last years afterward just like after a week or two it just seemed like the code had been breaking down bugs and glitches began appearing.
Yeah. Also despite the completely unjustifiable bonuses EA does seem to actually care about their employees unlike Activision-Blizzard who hardly pay their workers. It is either 8 or 10 weeks to create it. I understand they work like nonstop to create it take off time then return to it. I agree, in my mind they receive zero credit for putting back stuff they took out themselves. The franchise mode is objectively worse than it was two generations ago and they act like placing back features they had to have is a fantastic sacrifice on their part to appease a fan base that will never be joyful. I didn't maintain what was happening. Eventually I obtained 19 since it came out for PC and I fucking wut faced at its franchise mode. Lmao these are items I'd expect to be added right now, you are telling me I'd have to wait until November for them? I guess it coincides with their planned launch for your next gen madden; but pitiful to do that to current gen buyers.
It takes them 5 months to get put an update that provides participant background to their stats display. Let's just say for a moment the actual devs in EA aren't poor, but the higher ups and executives are. It makes you believe. That is what scares me. If this takes them FIVE months to bring the smallest of features, zero chance Madden 22 is gonna have anything large of an upgrade to franchise either. It's gonna take them 5 years to have an actual huge change to franchise. Eh, they constructed Yard in annually. I think they can at least re-build franchise then add on in enormous doses over the subsequent 3 years.
