One of those wins came at Phoenix, where he has won five of the last six races, and he did it in spectacular fashion by beating Edwards by inches. He has eight career wins at Phoenix and one at Martinsville.Why he wont: Inconsistency could end up biting this team in the semifinal round. In the Chase, he has three top-10 finishes and three finishes of 20th or worse. He cant rely on just winning in the clutch every round -- the odds say hes due for a round where he wont win.4. Matt KensethJoe Gibbs Racing No. 20 ToyotaSecond-round wins: NoneSecond-round points: 3,088 (fourth)Whyy he will advance: He led 116 laps at the last intermediate track and 105 laps at the last flat 1-mile track.dddddddddddd That bodes well for the races at Texas and Phoenix. The biggest question for Kenseth is whether he can win in the clutch in a three-race stretch at tracks where he has just a combined three wins and didnt record a top-5 this year.5. HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Penn State football coach Joe Paterno, told by a teenage boy in 1976 that assistant coach Jerry Sandusky molested him in a shower, responded that he didnt want to hear about it and had a football season to worry about, according to court documents unsealed Tuesday.The boy, now a man identified as John Doe 150, said in 2014 that other boys in a shower heard him yell that Sandusky had just touched him sexually. He said he told several adults about it before seeking out Paterno.Is it accurate that Coach Paterno quickly said to you, `I dont want to hear about any of that kind of stuff, I have a football season to worry about? a lawyer for Penn States insurance carrier asked the man.Specifically, yes, the man replied.I was shocked, disappointed, offended. Sandusky was convicted in 2012 of dozens of child sexual abuse counts and is serving decades in prison while he appeals.A judge disclosed the existence of the 1976 allegation two months ago, along with claims Penn State coaches witnessed inappropriate contact between Sandusky and children in the 1980s, but the newly unsealed documents provided greater detail.Paterno told a grand jury in 2011 he first learned of Sanduskys inappropriate sexual contact in 2001, though records show high-ranking Penn State officials dealt with a complaint in 1998 from a woman whose son had showered with Sandusky.Paterno died in January 2012, two months after Sanduskys arrest. Brian Doziers two-run homer was one of a career-high four long balls hit off John Danks, and the Twins beat the White Sox 8-4 on Thursday. "It always helps a lot when youve got everybody hitting in the lineup," said Dozier, who homered for the third time in his last four games. "Hopefully that wont let up, and we can continue the hot bats and the pitching and defence." Oswaldo Arcia went deep in the second inning ahead of Dozier. Clete Thomas and Eduardo Escobar hit back-to-back shots in the fourth, sending the White Sox to their seventh defeat in the last eight games. The boy scampered to his feet, paused, then dabbed like Cam Newton just before his smiling father embraced him, lifting him off the ground.This, too, would be filed away, another Michigan memory. He spent his first evening back in Ann Arbor in 16 years nibbling on a chipati -- a salad stuffed inside some pita bread, a Pizza House special -- and playing board games with his son.He returned to the stadium the next afternoon, game day, trying to look inconspicuous in dark sunglasses and a blue, half-zip Michigan pullover, but it was easy to spot the four-time Super Bowl winner. He lingered in the parking lot, waiting in a massive, cherry red Chevy Suburban for 20 minutes, before seeming to concede that the small swarm of media eager to document his arrival was not going away. He opened his door, offered a polite movie star wave to a large group of fans gathered on the steps of the stadium, and then walked briskly past the cameras and handshakes and autograph seekers without stopping. He said nothing, but flashed a cagey, aristocratic smile.During pregame warm-ups, Brady milled through the crowd on the field, shaking hands like a politician, crouching down low to pose for pictures with groups of kids, laughing and pointing as he spotted old friends. Brady even posed for a selfie with Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, a prominent Michigan alum and donor. Ross said he was texting the picture to Patriots owner Robert Kraft.Everyone who meets him gets that look that 16-year-old girls had the first time they saw the Beatles, Flannelly said. But hes so disarming. He gets people to relax. He could talk to anybody. He could fix the Middle East. Every Harbaugh throw, in contrast, looked creaky, his 52-year-old body twisting and straining to match the effortless zip of Bradys throws.
